When I first started my career in travel, I could not have imagined what we would go on to build here at Travel with Awestruck. What began as a deep love for exploring the world has grown into something far more meaningful: a thriving, award-winning agency built on heart, hustle, and a powerful sense of community.
Over the years, I have had the honor of helping thousands of clients experience the wonder of travel. Along the way, I have forged invaluable relationships with the industry’s top suppliers, earned prestigious awards, and been invited to speak and serve on respected advisory boards. But what I’m most proud of — more than sales numbers or accolades — is the community that we have created at Travel with Awestruck.
As you know, I founded Travel with Awestruck to be a different kind of agency, an agency in which independence was respected, advisors were well-trained and supported, and client service was placed above all else. I wanted to build a supportive community that was obsessively focused on helping independent advisors build their businesses — not supporting the bottom-line in anonymous back offices.
If you had told me that we would achieve that goal in under three years, I would not have believed you. Today, we have a thriving team of independent advisors, many of which have seen double digit growth in their businesses every year since joining Travel with Awestruck. Our community is diverse, filled with advisors of different backgrounds, specialties, and experience levels. What we all share is an unyielding dedication to supporting our clients and supporting one another to thrive.

Cultivating that success begins today as you enter our advisor support center. As you know, first-class service is the foundation of everything we do. We aim for excellence in every detail. With our carefully selected supplier network, smart systems, and commitment to high-touch service, we deliver awe-inspiring travel experiences that leave a lasting impression.
The contents of this portal are designed to empower you to fulfill that promise to our clients. Developed based on our advisor community's combined decades of experience, this portal contains everything we wish we would have known when we were just starting out. Its contents have been built through years of trial and error and hard lessons that we learned, so that you wouldn't have to.
Inside, you will find:
- Trainings on our systems and suppliers that you will need to get started
- Best practices beyond booking the trip, including FAM etiquette and reward programs for advisors
- An end-to-end walkthrough of how to book a trip, including proprietary best practice guides that we have developed across all stages of the trip management process
- A detailed resource library for your ongoing reference, including a preferred supplier directory, a video guide library, and more
By the time you complete this training, you will be prepared to book travel as a top-performing advisor. We ask that you invest the time into the learning up-front to save yourself significant time and headache down the road.
That said, no one training can teach you everything you need to know about how to be successful in this industry. Please remember to take advantage of continuing education opportunities, including:
- Office hours. Please feel free to drop into office hours throughout this training period to ask questions live
- Email. You can continue to use info@travelwithawestruck.com to ask any questions you have as you begin booking, or reach out to one of our leadership team members directly
- Travel with Awestruck team chat. You can use this chat to ask questions, solicit perspectives from other Travel with Awestruck advisors, and participate in our community dialogue
- Our mentorship program. Please reach out to your assigned mentor at any point with questions you have as you begin booking
- Maverick Growth Academy and business building coaching. You have access to thousands of dollars worth of business coaching and education through our Chief Growth Officer, Alexis, who is a Harvard graduate with experience coaching Fortune 100 C-suite executives on growth strategy. These trainings and coaching sessions focus on how to build your business, from setting a value proposition to building a marketing and lead generation strategy, and we encourage you to take advantage of them
- Monthly team calls. We use this time to cover agency-wide updates and industry changes as needed
- Supplier trainings. You will be regularly notified of supplier trainings through our team and through Signature Travel Network. We encourage you to take advantage of supplier learning libraries as well
