- Access your VCRM account. This will be set up during your onboarding process. Your User ID will be your first name, and agency name is "Awestruck." You will set your password
- Watch the training videos below. We have curated the most critical trainings in the list below. You should also feel free to explore the training library within VCRM for other helpful resources
- Explore the platform. The best way to learn is always by doing. Explore the dashboards, profiles, and other functionality on your own to be prepared to enter your first trip
- Stay up-to-date in VCRM communities. The VacationCRM user group on Facebook is an excellent resource.
