VacationCRM is a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system specifically designed for travel advisors. It helps you organize your business by streamlining client communication, managing bookings, tracking commissions, and automating key processes.

What is VacationCRM?
VacationCRM is a cloud-based platform that travel advisors use to manage and grow their businesses. It integrates with popular booking platforms like VAX , Classic Vacations, and more, allowing you to track and manage client information, bookings, and commissions in one place.

At Travel with Awestruck, VCRM is the tool that we use to store all client information, track bookings, set client reminders, send automated emails to clients, invoice clients, process payments, track sales, record commissions and more. You will be using this program daily so it’s important to become as familiar with it as possible, as quickly as possible.

Am I required to use VCRM? 
All new to industry advisors using Travel With Awestruck branding are required to use VCRM. Seasoned advisors may use the CRM system of their choice to manage their workflows, but are required to report all commissions in VCRM to ensure timely and accurate payment.

What are VCRM's key features and functionalities?

How to get started with VCRM:
  1. Access your VCRM account. This will be set up during your onboarding process. Your User ID will be your first name, and agency name is "Awestruck." You will set your password
  2. Watch the training videos below. We have curated the most critical trainings in the list below. You should also feel free to explore the training library within VCRM for other helpful resources
  3. Explore the platform. The best way to learn is always by doing. Explore the dashboards, profiles, and other functionality on your own to be prepared to enter your first trip
  4. Stay up-to-date in VCRM communities. The VacationCRM user group on Facebook is an excellent resource.
