Using email templates will help you to efficiently provide information to clients without having to retype the same email over and over again. Some example email templates are included below, but you should also feel free to create your own templates whenever you find yourself sending the same type of email multiple times.

Frontier Airlines ENVF Baggage Email

It is almost double the cost if you wait until you arrive at the airport to add luggage or try and add it on flyfrontier.com the week before you travel. I would like to add this to your reservation in advance for cost savings. Please let me know how many checked and or carry-on bags you would like me to add. I will add those to your reservation, and you can pay for them when we process your final payment.

Frontier Airlines Baggage Options
On Frontier Airlines there is an additional cost for bags, both carry-on and checked. Please see below for a breakdown of bags, dimensions and pricing associated with them. Carry-on and checked bag fees are non-refundable.
  • Personal Item
  1. You are permitted to take one personal item, per person, at no additional charge.
  2. This item must be able to fit under the seat, dimensions not to exceed 8”D x 18”W x 14”H.
  3. If you have a purse AND a personal item such as a backpack or a duffel bag, your purse will need to fit inside of your personal item to board the plane.
  • Carry-On Bag: This is $XX/bag roundtrip
  1. There is an additional charge for carry-on bags that go in the overhead compartment.
  2. Dimensions for carry-on bags is 10”D x 16”W x 24”H – weighing 35 pounds or less.
  3. Frontier Airlines only allows one carry-on bag per person.
  • Checked Bag: This is $XX/bag roundtrip
  1. There is an additional charge for checked bags.
  2. The dimensions of a checked bag cannot exceed 62 Linear Inches
  3. The weight of a checked bag cannot exceed 40 pounds – this is a new, lower limit on Frontier as of January 2022.

Travel Documents Email (If Delivering Travefy Documents)

The countdown is on! Your vacation is quickly approaching, and I want you to be well prepared.

This email contains everything that you need to travel. These are your travel documents; nothing will be mailed to you.

To access this trip, view this <link>

From there you have 3 options:
  1. View online in a web browser.
  2. Download as PDF.
  3. Download the Trip Plans app, and view your trip via the app. This option allows you to make your trip available 'Offline'. Please use the “offline” feature while traveling in case you don’t have WIFI access.

You may print the PDF version and have a copy of the documents to bring on the trip, but it is not required. If you click the “App” button in the top right corner of the itinerary, a screen will pop-up asking for your email address. After you enter your email address, you will then receive a link to your email to get the app and open the trip on your phone.

Important next steps:
  1. Please reply to this email to let us know that you have received your travel documents
  2. Review ALL of the enclosed the documents carefully for accuracy. 

Please DO NOT wait until the day before you leave for your trip to look at your travel documents! Most issues are easily corrected if we are notified in advance. If you wait until 72 hours or less before your trip to read and review this information, we may not be able to reach our airline, hotel, and tour operator partners in time to help. This may negatively impact your trip.
